DMCA Policy for GeForce GTX Drivers
GeForce GTX Drivers respects the intellectual property rights of software publishers, hardware manufacturers, photographers, writers, and other creators. We also understand that accurate driver information and trustworthy troubleshooting resources are important to Windows users. Accordingly, we will review properly submitted copyright complaints and take appropriate action when our site hosts material that infringes a valid copyright.
Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe content associated with our PC driver downloads, update guides, error-resolution articles, or hardware how-tos violates your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice should contain the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the original material you own, including its title, author or publisher, and a URL or other reference when available.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material: Clearly identify the material you claim infringes your rights and provide enough information for us to locate it, including the full page URL or a precise description of the file or section involved.
- Your contact details: Supply your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you about the complaint.
- A good-faith statement: State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A perjury statement: Confirm that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner or under the owner’s authority.
- Your signature: Sign the notice. Include a physical or electronic signature and, when applicable, the printed name of the person authorized to submit it on the owner’s behalf.
Send the completed notice to our designated agent using the email address listed below. Incomplete notices may be returned because we may be unable to evaluate the claim or locate the reported material.
Counter-Notice Procedure
A person who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent. It must include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. The counter-notice must also consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original complaint.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. In circumstances required by law, we may restore the removed material after the notice period has passed.

Please send only copyright-related notices to this address. Questions about graphics drivers, printer or scanner setup, chipset issues, clean installations, and Windows hardware troubleshooting belong through the appropriate support channels rather than the DMCA process.
We aim to acknowledge and evaluate complete notices within 5–10 business days. Responses may take longer when information must be requested from the complainant or when the claim involves extensive verification.
